Use an ordinary jigsaw to make
this decorative 4-shelf wall-hung unit. (The one shown has routered edges
but it can also be made successfully without routering the edges.)
The 10" height between shelves is ideal for holding books, shampoo bottles, and a wide variety of
other items. The less than 8" depth is great for places where
standard 10" or 12" deep shelves would be too much for the space.
The cut-out design makes this shelf *airier* in feel than solid-side
alternatives, while still providing solid structural support.
