Return Policy

Any woodcraft, woodworking, or decorative painting pattern or plan that you purchase from Faux Grain is guaranteed for a full six months from the time that you receive it.

To return a project pattern you have purchased from Faux Grain and receive a 100% refund of the purchase price of the pattern, just follow our simple return policy.

Send your pattern, in any condition, postage paid, in a standard envelope, correctly addressed to:

Include the invoice that you received *with* the pattern. 

If you choose to fill in the "Reason for Return" section of the invoice (you don't have to), you will help us to serve you better in the future.  

We do not provide refunds of any pattern without its invoice (the one sent to you with the pattern), nor do we accept any returns with postage due.

We do not refund or re-imburse any of the following:

• shipping and handling you paid to receive the pattern

• shipping and handling costs of returning items to us for refund

• any taxes associated with shipping and handling costs

• any costs of other materials, or supplies such as wood, or any other losses or damages. 

As soon as we receive your returned pattern with the original invoice, we will mail your refund out to you.  Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to receive it.

Please remember that when you return a pattern for refund, you also relinquish the license to produce the project that was included with your original purchase.
