Format
of Patterns & Plans
Faux Grain patterns and plans are
presented on standard 8 1/2 X 11 inch sized paper with one easily removed
staple.
Take the staple out and you have convenient lists to bring
to the store.
You
don't need to unfold a huge sheet of paper to find what you need for what
you are doing at that moment, whether its shopping, laying out the wood,
woodworking, or painting.
The separate individual pattern pieces are all right
there, no unfolding required. The individual pattern pieces are never stacked or overlapped. In fact,
I often provide separate
pattern pieces for cutting the wood and then for painting the wood,
whenever the
pattern is easier to read that way.
When you're in the woodworking shop, you don't
need to look at the decorative painting instructions. When you're
painting, you don't need to look past the patterns and woodworking
instructions to find your painting directions.
Standard
sized paper is, well, *standard.* It's easy to store and photocopy
(Make sure to read the caution
about photocopying or your project might not work
out as it should!). Most importantly, I give you whatever
information or drawings or photos you need to make the project, in as many pages as it
takes.
